Joshua Button Enterprises

Joshua is a young Aboriginal artist, writer and illustrator from Broome in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia.
Joshua has had three children's books published by Magabala Books: Joshua and the Two Crabs (2010), Steve Goes to Carnival (2016) and At the Zoo I See (2017).
Joshua is now concentrating on finding his own market for these beautiful books as well as creating designs that are based on his experience of country and culture in the Kimberley. Joshua designs all graphic material, taking time and care to research his motifs. His designs feature animals and characters from his books and the magnificent creatures of the Kimberley, such as Nimanburr, the Black Flying Fox.
Joshua has a mild intellectual disability: his new micro- enterprise is proudly supported by NDIS.
