We have a brand new food trailer all equiped to make Italian food.
We make Burrata bowls and focaccia filled with Burrata (Burrata is an Italian cheese, creamy inside and firm outside)
Our combinations vary depending on the seasons but usually they combine Burrata with Italian cold meats .
It's been very much loved from the day that we've started trading and it's very popular on our online ordering (UberEats and Doordash)
