At Piadina Nonna Pina we aim to create something unique, not just food, but a special experience at each and every occasion we prepare and hand out a serve of Piadina. In order to reach our goals, we have no compromises on quality: we make every single menu item from scratch using fresh high quality raw materials only. No preservatives, no flavour enhancers, no E numbers, no frozen or precooked ingredients. We make our Piadinas by hand, from organic and biodynamic flour, boiled filtered water, extra virgin olive oil and a touch of Himalaya pink salt. That`s it. Plus a bit of love. Then we toast them gently and add our fresh home made fillings…. Variations include home made sausages cooked in white wine, fresh ricotta and mozarella cheese, aged Prosciutto di Parma slices ( cured for 18 months ), fresh rocket, home made pork and beef meatballs cooked in Napolitana sauce, home made Italian sausages, grilled vegetables, also have home made spinach and ricotta Gnocchi, the list is long. Most importanly, we do care about people with different needs and diets: we cater for vegetarians and vegans, people with nut or seafood allergies also. We have options for people with Gluten intolerance as well.
