Salt Water & Fire
Harmony in a necklace: Like a bower bird I collect glass beads and artistically create neoprene necklaces enhanced with pearls and silver beads. Each necklace is unique with a careful balance in weight, size, contrast and colour to create harmony.
The name Salt Water and Fire celebrates the two West Australian towns where I live - Broome represents the salt water with South Sea pearls, stunning sea green blue colours, sunsets and pristine beaches where Margaret River represents the fire....keeping warm, spring colours and where I am close to nature on the farm.
I am very passionate about my pearls and it gives me an exciting outlet to meet people and talk about pearls. My aim is to make distinctive fashion accessories that are affordable and can be worn everyday.
